Warren M. Williams litigates cases involving public and private entities involving labor and employment issues as well as other civil matters. Currently, Mr. Williams provides employment defense for public entities, including cities, counties and school districts. 

Previously, Mr. Williams defended public entities in traffic accident cases involving government employees and dangerous condition of public property; defended deputy sheriffs in excessive force cases; defended owners in habitability cases involving personal injury and property damage; defended aircraft and aircraft part manufacturers in airplane crash cases; and defended product manufacturers in benzene, asbestos and other toxic tort actions. 

During law school, Mr. Williams served as a judicial Extern to now Retired Honorable Lourdes G. Baird of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Williams received both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, 1997 and 2000, respectively.  In 2003, he was a cum laude graduate of Pepperdine Law School. Mr. Williams also received a certificate in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. He received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Contracts, Legal Ethics and Alternative Dispute Resolution, was on the Dean’s List and served as senior staff of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judges. Mr. Williams practices before all California Courts and the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Court.  He is also admitted to the New York Bar.
