Ani Adjemian is a seasoned litigator who focuses her practices on defending employers and public entities in a wide range of legal issues and in diverse practice areas. She has defended complex product liability cases involving medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, nutritional supplements, food products, and other consumer products. She has also defended employers – both private and public entities – in issues involving employment law, environmental law, and toxic tort/environmental exposure cases. She handles cases ranging anywhere from a single-plaintiff matter to multi-party complex ones.
Ms. Adjemian is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, and has successfully represented clients in bench and jury trials involving a variety of matters. She also represents clients in administrative hearings, having made numerous appearances in front of the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standard Enforcement. She has tried cases involving alleged inaccessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act, breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secret matters, as well as defamation and business litigation.
Ms. Adjemian prides herself on her ability to effectively and reasonably advocate for her clients, while always advancing strong professionalism and fairness in the legal industry. Ms. Adjemian has been named a “Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2014. She is also fluent in Armenian.
Ms. Adjemian received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law, in 2006. Ms. Adjemian practices before all state and federal courts in California.
