Jack M. Schuler is a Senior Trial Lawyer and a trial specialist, with over 40 years’ experience representing public entities and their employees. Mr. Schuler provides employment defense for public agencies, including cities, counties and school districts. He is also a specialist in the defense of medical facilities and medical personnel in both judicial and administrative proceedings.
Mr. Schuler is a member of the famed American Board of Trial Advocates. He has obtained scores of favorable verdicts in trials involving personal injury, wrongful death, labor and employment matters, business and environmental matters, and products liability. Mr. Schuler has an exceptional trial record of over 100 trials to verdict.
Mr. Schuler received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Communication from California State University of Northridge. In 1979, Mr. Schuler earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, California, where he was also Associate Editor of the Southwestern University Law Review.
