Labor and Employment Litigation 

Our practice areas are comprehensive and diverse in the areas of employment/labor law, as follows: 

Violations of state and federal anti-discrimination statutes (including without limitation, the FEHA, Title VII,  the ADA, the ADEA, the Ralph Act, the Bane Act, the FLSA, Labor Code §132a, etc.).  These lawsuits generally include some or all of the following:

  • Retaliation and Harassment

  • Failure to accommodate disability

  • Failure to engage in the interactive process

  • Wrongful termination

  • Negligent hiring, supervision, and retention

  • Workplace violence

  • Hostile work environment

  • Whistleblower claims under Labor Code § 1102.5
