Elizabeth M. Kessel
In her over 30 years as a civil litigator, Elizabeth M. Kessel has earned the trust and respect of a prestigious and renowned client base. Ms. Kessel has successfully presented numerous oral arguments before the California Court of Appeal and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She regularly represents, counsels, and advises public agency councils and boards, elected officials, school districts, and for-profit and non-profit businesses, on a wide range of issues from labor and employment, civil rights, constitutional law, tort and product liability, and business matters. Ms. Kessel earned her undergraduate degree from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, and her Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. in 1985. She is licensed to practice law in California, Washington and Missouri.
